This KB explains how to change your payment option from credit card to paypal or bitcoin.

Log into your client area account.
In the upper right click on Hello, your name! to reveal dropdown.
Select Edit Account Details.
Then select the payment option you want under Payment Method.
Finally click the button Save Changes.

If you want to change the payment option for just one package then you can simple select the payment option when you pay the invoice.
