It is likely that your 'site' email has filled up with spam.
To fix this problem, please contact us and let us know so that we can remove the email for you in that 'site' account.
What is the 'site' account?
When an site is setup on a server, the site username becomes an email account for the site automatically. email@example.com This cannot be changed. To prevent it filling up, Change default mail in your cpanel to an account that you use so that the site email account is not filling up. If you are on Ensim, change your aliases to point to an account that you use and redirect site email account to 'site_blackhole' which is /dev/null (server garbage can). If you need help with this, please don't hesitate to submit a ticket.
Also, if its not your email issue, it often can be due to your log files not getting rotated.
