Please check your spam box.

We have noticed that many Yahoo email customers are not receiving our emails. This is due to Yahoo's spam filtering. Because our welcome emails and the invoices that we send our are system generated, Yahoo thinks they are spam and will store them in your spam box.

To prevent this from happening in the future, select the email from us in your spam inbox and click on the button "not spam". This should allow all future correspondence from our system to show up in your regular inbox.
