Submitting a support ticket is the fastest way to reach us. As soon as a ticket is logged we are all paged for attention.
To submit a ticket:
- Log into your client login by clicking on the Client Login button in the upper right of javapipe website.
- If you don't remember your login details, please use the Password Reminder link below on the login page.
- Click on Open Ticket link on the menu.
- To view existing tickets and their replies, click on Support in the menu and select Tickets.
You will also receive an email notification through the email you have on the account. You will always receive a reply. If you do not, please let us know.
