How do I cancel a product or service?

To insure billing will stop, please follow steps below to properly cancel a package or service.
  1. Log into your client area by clicking on the Client Area link in the menu of the javapipe website.
  2. On the menu bar, click on Services link and select My Services.
  3. Find the product you are interested in canceling and click on the row.
  4. On the product details page theres a Actions menu on the left, click on Request Cancellation option.
  5. Although optional, please provide reason for your cancellation in the form.
  6. Select whether you wish to cancel immediately (site removed from server that day) or End of Billing when it expires
  7. Finally click on Request Cancellation button to complete the request.
IMPORTANT: Do not forget to cancel your Paypal subscription if you are using it.
Dedicated services require at last 15 days notice.
