Minecraft Servers - Handling single IP for all users.

Since the remote DDoS protection (read: What is a Distributed Denial of Service Attack?) funnels all traffic through a single IP to your server you will need to make changes on your minecraft server configuration to handle this. To do this set the connection throttle to '0' (zero) within your Bukkit.yml file. To ban users you will need to ban based on usernames and not their IP.
